By reservation

Each area gets a fixed allotment.

Weekly checks and 48-hour repairs only work if our crews aren't stretched thin. So we cap how many homes we take per area, based on how many one crew can service properly in a single evening's drive. Returning clients renew first; what's left opens to new reservations.

Book with your neighbors and everyone saves.

One truck, one crew, one trip down the street. When homes on the same block book together we pass the savings back to every house, and the whole street lights up on the same night.
