Westminster runs from Historic Westminster around 72nd Avenue, with its older brick ranches and bi-levels, up to the newer two-story subdivisions toward 120th. The older homes have low, simple rooflines that look best with a full outline and a lit front tree; the newer two-stories have taller gables that carry a bold roofline from a long way down the street.
