Local knowledge

We know Longmont's homes — because they're our neighbors'.

Neighborhoods we light

Prospect New Town's modern rooflines, Ute Creek's two-stories, Old Town's historic porches, Southmoor Park cul-de-sacs. Each gets a design fit to its architecture, not a one-size kit.

Built for Longmont weather

Chinook winds off the foothills are brutal on cheap clips and box-store strands. We spec commercial-grade product and anchoring that holds through a 60-mph December gust.

HOAs, businesses and Main Street

Longmont communities and storefronts get the same everything-included service and the same insurance paperwork, installed after hours for businesses. See Commercial & HOA.

Part of the season here

From the Longmont Lights celebration to Main Street's downtown glow, this town takes December seriously. Your house can too.

Longmont FAQ

Questions Longmont homeowners ask.

When should I book for a Longmont install?

Reserve by October 31 for first choice of the remaining dates in Longmont — the calendar fills from the front because every install is a reserved crew day and each area has a fixed crew allotment. Availability tightens later in the season as roofs get cold and icy. October installs are 10% off, November is prime season at standard pricing, Thanksgiving week runs 10% higher (no installs on Thanksgiving Day), and installs after Thanksgiving are 5% off. Installs run October through early December.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Longmont?

Most Longmont homes land between $1,000 and $2,500 for the full season, and larger homes with multiple trees and grounds run $2,500 to $5,000. The season minimum is $550, and every price includes design, product, install, maintenance, takedown and storage. The price is locked for 3 years.

What is included in the price?

Everything: a custom design for your home, commercial-grade LED lights provided by us, professional installation on your schedule, season inspections, takedown, and labeled off-season storage. There are no separate charges for lights, repairs during the season, or removal.

Can you handle the wind out here?

Yes — it is the one thing that separates pro product from box-store strands. Commercial-grade clips and anchoring rated for foothills gusts are standard on every Longmont roofline we do, and season inspections catch anything that moves before you notice it.

Do you light homes in Prospect or Old Town with unusual rooflines?

Those are our favorites. Custom design is included, and historic or modern architecture gets a plan drawn for its lines rather than a generic kit stretched to fit.

Do you work with Longmont HOA and metro district rules?

Yes. Many Longmont communities have their own design guidelines. We design inside them, and boards and management companies get insurance documentation without having to ask.

Do you light Longmont businesses too?

Yes. Main Street storefronts, restaurants, offices and community entrances are regular work for us, installed after hours so customers never see a ladder. See our Commercial & HOA page for details.
