Local knowledge

We know Erie's rooflines, because we're up on them every winter.

Neighborhoods we light

Colliers Hill and Erie Highlands' tall new rooflines, Vista Ridge's golf-course frontages, Canyon Creek and Wild Rose cul-de-sacs, and the older porches around Briggs Street in Old Town Erie. Each gets a design drawn for its architecture.

Built for Erie wind

Erie sits out on open plain with nothing between it and the foothills. Gusts that shrug off box-store clips are routine here, so commercial-grade clips and anchoring are standard on every roofline we hang.

We speak metro district

Most of Erie is governed by an HOA or metro district with its own design rules. We design inside them, and boards and management companies get insurance documentation without having to ask.

Tired of hanging Christmas lights yourself?Let us light your Erie home before the Parade of Lights.

No ladders, no tangled strands, no takedown in the January cold. Warm white along every roofline and around the garage, a lit wreath on the gable, netted shrubs and a lit entry — we design it, hang commercial-grade LED lights, keep them working all season, then take them down and store them.

From Vista Ridge and Colliers Hill to old town Erie. The parade is Friday, December 4 — book now to be lit for it.

Erie books earlier than anywhere else we serve. The parade is Friday, December 4 this year, which means half the town wants to be lit by the last week of November — and our Erie allotment is usually gone before Halloween. If you are in Vista Ridge, Colliers Hill or old town, reserve by October 31. October installs are 10% off; November is prime season.

Erie FAQ

Questions Erie homeowners ask.

When should I book a Christmas light install in Erie?

Reserve by October 31 for first choice of the remaining dates in Erie — the calendar fills from the front because every install is a reserved crew day and each area has a fixed crew allotment. Availability tightens later in the season as roofs get cold and icy. October installs are 10% off, November is prime season at standard pricing, Thanksgiving week runs 10% higher (no installs on Thanksgiving Day), and installs after Thanksgiving are 5% off. Installs run October through early December.

Can you handle Erie's wind?

Yes. Erie sits out on the open plain where gusts hit harder than they do in town. We use commercial-grade clips and anchoring rated for those gusts, and season checks catch anything that moves before you notice it.

Do you work with Erie HOA and metro district design rules?

Yes. Colliers Hill, Erie Highlands, Vista Ridge and the other districts each have their own guidelines. We design to them and send insurance documentation with the proposal.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Erie?

Most Erie homes land between $1,000 and $2,500 for the full season, and larger homes with multiple trees and grounds run $2,500 to $5,000. The season minimum is $550, and every price includes design, product, install, maintenance, takedown and storage.

Do you light Erie businesses too?

Yes. Old Town Erie storefronts, Erie Commons, restaurants and community entrances are all regular work for us, installed after hours so customers never see a ladder.
